Rates

The cost for a week’s rental is £650 inclusive of taxes, regardless of the season or the number of guests.  We have an additional (optional) charge for pool heating, which will be charged at the rate of £80 per week.  This is usually only necessary during the cooler months (October to March). Any rentals of less than seven days will incur an additional cleaning charge of £50.

We take payment in US $, Euros and UK £. 

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking and full payment is due not later than 8 weeks before your holiday is due to start.  An additional deposit of £150 will be required when the balance is paid, which will be returned to you at the end of your holiday if no damages to the property have occurred during your stay.

To make payment easier we have now added the facility to use Paypal along side the usual methods, simply ask for the details when booking.

We can arrange for a ‘welcome grocery pack’ to be there on your arrival, as well as flowers, champagne or anything else that might make your stay more enjoyable.  We can also arrange airport transfer, car hire pick-up and drop-off as well as attraction tickets to all the major theme parks.
