Lakeside Palms is set in the sub-division of Sunrise Lakes, one of the newest and nearest communities to the Disney complex, being just seven miles away from all the fun; while for golfers, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just a few minutes away.   

Sunrise Lakes is an exclusive, quiet community, very well maintained, with a mixture of permanent residents and holiday homes. Within the vicinity there is a large Winn Dixie’s supermarket; a post office; ATMs and a gas station.  The nearby highway 192, which is just a mile away, has all the shops and restaurants you could ask for.  A large Wal-Mart is just up the road for every conceivable shopping requirement.  Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure; Sea World; The Florida Mall and Mall at Millennia; Kennedy Space Centre; numerous golf courses and the wonderful beaches of Clearwater, St Pete’s and Cocoa Beach.
